Our signature Vietnamese coffee is known for its bold, full-bodied flavour and rich, creamy texture.
Each cup is individually brewed using a special PHINƠI filter and premium Fine Robusta beans—NAPEA and NAMBAN from Bùi Coffee Supply. They work closely with farmers in Nam Ban, Lâm Đồng, carefully selecting only fully ripe coffee cherries and roasting them to highlight the distinctive character of Vietnamese Fine Robusta.
A defining feature of traditional Vietnamese coffee is the addition of sweetened condensed milk, which balances the coffee’s intensity with a smooth, creamy sweetness.
